Most prices include:

  • Construction and Installation of shed
  • Standard 7' 4" walls.
  • One set of Double Doors with 6' opening on sheds 10' and wider.
  • Either an 18"x27" or 24"x36" window
  • At least 1-4' Loft
  • Architectural roof shingles available in a variety of colors.

Introducing our  3D Shed Configurator which allows you to customize your shed and build to your needs. We work with every customer to build the shed they desire. Each storage shed has its own standard features, but you can choose the colors and additional options to create your own unique building.

Standard Ranch Style

Simple, elegant and useful, our Ranch Style Sheds with a 5/12 roof pitch is our most popular storage solution for the backyard. If you need an economical storage shed to get the garden tools hanging on the walls and the shop tools under a roof, the Standard Ranch Style Shed will be the way to go.

Classic Ranch Style

Our Classic Ranch Style Sheds have 6″ eaves & overhangs to give it some extra protection along with that little bit of extra character & interest to the shed. Along with the 6″ eaves & overhangs, the roof pitch is 6/12 vs the standard 5/12. This will allow a few more inches of loft storage along with a steeper roof pitch. Whether using your shed for the garden, pool or  a workshop, the Classic Ranch Style Shed  will add a touch of character to your back yard.

Premium Ranch Style

Our Premier Ranch Style Sheds have 12″ eaves & overhangs for that extra protection along with adding the same look as most homes. Along with the 12″ eaves & overhangs, the roof pitch is 8/12 vs the standard 5/12. This allows quite a bit more room in the loft area. Whether using your shed for the garden, pool or  a workshop, the Premier Ranch Style Shed will be the style to match your home.

Barn Style

When interior space is the most pressing need, the Barn Style Shed will provide what you need. With a gambrel shed roof, you will get the most cubic feet of storage, especially when adding a full loft to your shed.

More information:

All our 8′ wide  sheds come with either a 3′ or 4′ door and at least 1-18″x27″ window.                  

10′ & 12′ wide sheds come with 6′ double doors and at least 1-24″x36″ window.                    

One 4′ loft for sheds at least 10′ long.   

Sheds 16′-20′ long come with 2-4′ lofts.

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT BUILD ANY SHEDS BIGGER THAN 12’X20′.

We understand that some neighborhoods have an HOA requiring your shed to match the style of your home. We can work with you to meet your HOA requirements.

If permits are required by the city and additonal resources are needed to meet city codes, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.​ Customers are responsible for obtaining all permits. We will help fill out necessary forms needed for the city.

Travel Fee will be applied to sheds built outside of the Tri-Cites area.
