Our Premier Ranch Style Sheds have 12″ eaves & overhangs for that extra protection along with adding the same look as most homes. Along with the 12″ eaves & overhangs, the roof pitch is 8/12 vs the standard 5/12. This allows quite a bit more room in the loft area. Whether using your shed for the garden, pool or  a workshop, the Premier Ranch Style Shed will be the style to match your home.

All our 8' Premier Ranch Style Sheds include: 12" Eaves & Overhangs, 8/12 Roof Pitch, either a 3' or 4' door and at least (1) 18"x27" window. 
One 4' loft for sheds 10'-14'  long.     Sheds 16'-20' long come with (2) 18"x27" windows & 2-4' lofts.

    1. Siding: Our standard sheds come with LP Smart Siding paneling that is primed and ready for paint. We also offer Lap siding,  as another option.
    2. Shingles: We offer different colors of shingles:

  1. Roof: In addition to standard shingles we offer metal roofing as an upgrade.

All our 8′ wide sheds come with either a 3′ or 4′ door and at least 1-18″x27″ window.

10′ & 12′ wide sheds come with 6′ double doors and at least 1-24″x36″ window.                    

One 4′ loft for sheds at least 10′ long.   

Sheds 16′-20′ Long Come With a (2) 24″x36″ windows &  (2) 4′ lofts.

We Currently Do Not Build Sheds Bigger Than 12’X20’S.

We understand that some neighborhoods have an HOA requiring your shed to match the style of your home. We can work with you to meet your HOA requirements.

If permits are required by the city and additonal resources are needed to meet city codes, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.​ Customers are responsible for obtaining all permits. We will help fill out necessary forms needed for the city.

Travel Fee will be applied to sheds built outside of the Tri-Cites area.
